Chart Settings
To configure the settings for a specific chart, you can right click anywhere on the chart and then select "Chart Settings". You can also get to the "Chart Settings" modal window by clicking on the ellipsis icon in the Heads-Up Display (HUD) and selecting "Edit Settings".
** Note, making changes in the "Chart Settings" modal will only affect the current chart. If you wish to change the default settings for all new charts on the system going forward, click on the Account Profile icon on the top right and select "Settings" to edit your System Preferences.
In the "Chart Settings" modal window, you will see the following options:
-
Display: Customize the color, opacity, and blur levels for the chart display
-

You can customize the color and opacity based on the selected chart type. ** Note that many studies use the OHLC data from Bar and Candlestick charts in the calculations. Line or Mountain charts may have different outcomes of studies as a result.

- Logarithmic: Logarithmic price scale where the vertical distance represents equal percentage changes in price.
