Accuracy & Reliability
Symbolik AI may generate incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information. It does not guarantee accuracy and may occasionally misinterpret chart data, misunderstand a question, or return partial results. Users should always verify critical information before acting on it.
Technical indicators, chart signals, scan results, and summaries generated by Symbolik AI are for informational purposes only. Past performance and historical patterns do not guarantee future results. All market analysis must be independently evaluated before any trading or investment decision.
If Symbolik AI returns unexpected or questionable results, please report the issue and submit feedback so our team can continue improving the system.
Investment Advice Restrictions
Symbolik AI cannot:
- Tell you whether to buy, sell, or hold any security
- Predict future market movements
- Recommend trading strategies or allocations
- Provide personalized, individualized, or suitability-based guidance
Symbolik AI is designed to decline requests for investment advice; however, as an automated system, it may occasionally produce unintended responses.
Platform Control & Permissions
Symbolik AI is a read-only conversational assistant. It cannot create, edit, modify, save, delete, execute, or apply any changes on the Symbolik platform.
It cannot interact with or control any of the following:
- Charts, studies, or draw tools
- Templates, symbols, timeframes, or chart settings
- Workspaces, tabs, or layouts
- Portfolios or Quoteboards
- Alerts, conditions, or market scans
- Account settings, entitlements, authentication, or billing
Symbolik AI cannot run scans, trigger automation, add or remove studies from charts, execute trades, interact with brokerages, or perform any system-level actions. It has no control over and no ability to alter any part of the Symbolik platform.
Billing, Account, and Login Limitations
Symbolik AI does not handle billing, subscription, or account-management requests. It cannot access or modify any billing information, financial records, payment details, or personal identity data.
Symbolik AI cannot:
- Access, view, or modify invoices
- Issue refunds or credits
- Change your subscription plan or term
- Update or process payment methods
- Assist with login, password, or account recovery
- Modify user permissions
- Access the billing portal or account settings

What Symbolik AI Can Access
Symbolik AI may read limited, non-sensitive platform data solely to answer user questions and enhance the chat experience. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Active Symbolik plan level and Service Add-ons
- Users charts and their associated data (e.g. applied studies, draw tools, conditions)
- Users saved portfolios, alerts, conditions, expressions, and market scans
- Users saved workspaces, tabs, and layouts
- Public news and market data available within the platform
Symbolik AI can retrieve and analyze user resources when they are referenced by the user. It has read-only access to this information and cannot create, modify, execute, delete, or apply any changes, and it cannot access data belonging to other users.
News summaries and market data originate from third-party sources. Symbolik does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of external information.
Entitlements & Access Restrictions
Symbolik AI respects all subscription entitlements. If a study or feature is not included in your plan, the AI cannot provide it and will notify you accordingly.
Symbolik AI cannot bypass subscription rules or reveal detailed rules for proprietary studies unless your plan includes access.
