Symbolik AI is your intelligent assistant built directly into the Symbolik platform. Instead of navigating menus or writing code, you can simply ask natural language questions and Symbolik AI will deliver clear answers, insights, or actions.

Whether you want to:

• Explain the DeMark Indicators
• Run a market scan
• Analyze a chart
• Retrieve news

Symbolik AI handles the heavy lifting so you can focus on decision-making.

Quick Start Tips

If you’re new to Symbolik AI, here are a few ways to get started right away:

1. Open AI Panel
   • Click the AI icon on the right-side analytic menu.
2. Start a New Chat
   • Use the + button to begin a new interaction.
3. Ask in Plain Language
   • Try questions like:
     • “What is TD Sequential?”
     • “Show me the last 10 times RSI was above 70 on this chart.”
     • “Create a condition formula for Sequential Buy Countdown 13s.”
4. Review Past Interactions
   • Use the AI panel to revisit your previous conversations.

Best Practices

To get the best results when using Symbolik AI:

● Be specific — mention symbols, studies, or timeframes.

● Ask for actions (“summarize,” “compare,” “find,” “explain”).

● Avoid vague prompts like “What do you think about markets?”

● For complex requests, break them into smaller steps.

Example:

Instead of: “Tell me everything about Sequential,”
Try: “Explain what TD Sequential measures and how I can use it in a scan.” 

Capabilities Overview

Symbolik AI can assist across five major domains:

1. Education & General Support

Symbolik AI can explain how Symbolik works and how to use every feature, study, or workflow described in the Help Center. If it’s documented inside Symbolik, the AI can walk you through it step by step.
 

You Can Ask:

• “How do I create a condition using the Condition Builder?”
• “What is TD Sequential and how does it work?”
• “Where can I find tutorials on setting alerts?”
• “What’s the difference between the Basic and Advanced Symbolik plans?”
• “Which exchanges does Symbolik support?”

Limitations:

• It does not support billing issues, refunds, credits, subscription changes, or invoice inquiries.
• It cannot assist with login issues, password resets, or account recovery.
• It cannot diagnose or resolve platform errors, outages, or technical failures.
• It cannot perform actions on your behalf or make changes within the Symbolik platform.
• It cannot explain or support studies that are not part of Symbolik’s documented study library.

Example:

User: “What is TD Sequential and how can I use it in a scan?”
AI: “TD Sequential is a trend-exhaustion indicator developed by Tom DeMark. It tracks price 
patterns to identify potential turning points. You can scan for TD Sequential 9 or 13 events using 
the Condition Builder or Symbolik Scans section.”

2. Chart Analysis

Symbolik AI can analyze any chart you’re viewing — it interprets price action, studies, and conditions directly from your chart data. It summarizes trends, detects indicator events, measures timing between signals, and calculates metrics such as returns, percent changes, and rolling highs or lows. 

You Can Ask:

• “Analyze my chart.” 
• “How many Sequential Countdowns have occurred in the last 2 years? How many bars has it been since the last Sequential 13?” 
• “Show me the days on my chart with the highest 1 day returns.” 
• “On my chart, find all times RSI was below 30 and the closing price was below the lower Bollinger Band level.” 
• “Show me all the times on my chart when a Sequential Sell Countdown 13 and a REI Low Risk Down arrow appeared within 5 bars of each other.”

Limitations:

• It can only analyze and measure studies that are already applied to the active chart. Users must manually apply studies to the chart before Symbolik AI can analyze or reference them
• It cannot detect, infer, or evaluate any study that is not currently on the chart
• It does not have the ability to automatically apply, add, remove, or modify studies or draw tools
• It cannot change the chart symbol or timeframe
• It cannot predict or forecast future price movement

Example:

User: “Find the last 10 times there was a completed Sequential Sell Countdown and an REI 
Low Risk Down arrow within five bars.”
AI: “Found 10 instances where those two signals appeared within five bars of each other. The 
most recent was on March 14, 2024, followed by reversals within 3–5 sessions in 70% of 
cases.”

3. Market Data & Scans

Symbolik AI can run scans, retrieve portfolio data, and build custom screening conditions using Symbolik’s scripting language (SLANG). It works across your saved portfolios, watchlists, or full market indices to identify symbols that meet specific technical criteria. 

You Can Ask: 

• “List all my saved portfolios.” 
• “Show me the tickers in my ‘Momentum Leaders’ portfolio.” 
• “Create a scan for RSI"

Limitations: 

• It cannot create or modify saved scans
• It cannot edit portfolios
• It cannot execute trades or alerts
• It cannot access external brokerage systems

Example 1:

User: “Find all the stocks in my ‘TechLeaders’ portfolio that have RSI above 70.”
AI: “Found 18 symbols in your TechLeaders portfolio where RSI > 70, including NVDA, MSFT, 
and AAPL.”

Example 2:

User: “Use my saved condition called ‘REI_condition’ and run it on AAPL, SPY, and MSFT.”
AI: “Executed your saved ‘REI_condition’ scan on AAPL, SPY, and MSFT. Two of the three 
met the criteria based on the latest available data.”

4. News and Headlines

Symbolik AI provides real-time and historical market news across stocks, sectors, and global 
markets. You can search by company, keyword, or topic, and the AI summarizes the most relevant 
stories from trusted financial and general news sources.

You Can Ask:

● “Show me recent news about Tesla.”

● “Find all articles mentioning inflation this week.”

● “What are today’s top financial headlines?”

● “Give me news about AAPL and NVDA in the past two days.”

● “Show global market news from major outlets.”

Limitations:

● Display direct URLs or logos (feature coming soon).

● Access paywalled or premium content.

● Confirm accuracy or sentiment of external sources.

Example:

User: “Show me the latest news about my portfolio.”
AI: “Here are the top news stories affecting your portfolio holdings over the past 48 hours —
AAPL: supply chain updates from Reuters, MSFT: cloud business growth from CNBC, NVDA: AI 
chip production news from Bloomberg.”

Pricing & Query Limits

All Symbolik plans include Symbolik AI, with daily query limits that scale by plan:

Symbolik Basic: 

• AI included
• X daily queries.

Symbolik Plus: 

• AI included

• higher daily queries than Basic.

Symbolik Advanced: 

• AI included, 

• chart analysis + SLANG support, 

• highest daily query limit.
