Access your Account Management Menu
Click the Profile icon in upper right corner and select Account.
Click Subscriptions from the left side menu.
Click the Manage button under Active subscriptions to change and edit your current subscription choices (see options below)
Choose Symbolik Plan
The default Symbolik Plan is the Basic plan. You can choose to upgrade to Symbolik Plus or Advanced. Click Switch Plan to your desired plan.
Changing your Billing Term
You can switch between Monthly and Annual billing at any time using the billing toggle located on the Plus or Advanced plan cards.
- Monthly Billing provides standard month-to-month pricing.
- Annual Billing applies a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing.
Simply toggle between Monthly and Annually (20% off) to view and select your preferred billing term before upgrading or renewing your subscription.
Cancelling your Symbolik Plus or Advanced Plan
To cancel your Symbolik Plus or Advanced subscription, you will switch your account back to the free Basic plan. Your current paid subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing term.
- Locate the Basic plan section at the top of the page.
- If needed, click the drop-down arrow on the Basic plan to expand the section.
- Click Switch to Basic.
After confirming the change, your account will remain on your current paid plan until the end of the active subscription period.
What Happens Next
Once the downgrade is scheduled:
- Your current Plus or Advanced plan will stay active through the remainder of your billing cycle.
- The Basic plan will automatically begin after your current subscription expires.
- No additional cancellation steps are required.
You will see confirmation dates directly on the Plans page showing:
- The date your current subscription remains active until
- The date the Basic plan will begin
