Access your Account Management Menu
Click the Profile icon in upper right corner and select Account. Here you can edit your personal information, passwords, subscription, billing information and download invoices for record keeping.
Profile
You can update your personal profile information, including:
- Profile Icon
- Account Username
- Display Name
- Bio
- Social Pages
- Location (Private)
- Phone Number (Private)
Verifying your mobile phone number will enable you to receive alerts and scan results via SMS text messaging. Click here for more information about Notification Settings.
Login and Security
Update your email address and password for login.
Subscriptions
Manage your Symbolik Service Plans and Add-on Subscriptions from this page.
- Click the Manage Button to get started.
- Choose your Symbolik Service Plan. Click the Switch Plan or Switch Term button below your choice of service plans. The Service plans include: Basic, Plus and Advanced.
- Choose your Add-on study tools. You can toggle between Subscribe or Cancel with each option. Add-On subscriptions include: DeMARK Service, Larry Williams Studies, ATM Studies, ATM Elliott Wave and TechKnow Trader.
- Once you have made your selections, click Confirm Subscription at the bottom right.
Payment Methods
From the Billing page, you can add/update your credit card information, view your upcoming subscription renewal dates and get quick links to manage those subscription from the ellipses menu.
Add or update your credit card payment information on this page. This will apply to all existing and new subscriptions.
Invoices
Download to view, print or save your service invoices for record-keeping, tax or business expense reimbursement.
